The Desert Reef Hot Spring is a unique facility located in the secluded and scenic foothills of the Rocky Mountains, in Florence, Colorado, which is also known as Royal Gorge Country. The property has undergone a series of renovations and upgrades to the pools, bathrooms, store, and has also added overnight accommodations.
The desert that surrounds the hot spring pool is spectacular with unobstructed mountain views and almost continuous sunshine. Even in the winter months, temperatures are often mild and the days sunny. The hot spring pool is graced with a dramatic calcified waterfall and has been acclaimed by many users as one of the most comfortable hot spring pools in Colorado.

Desert Reef Hot Springs also offers stays in modern Tiny Homes and vintage renovated Airstreams. All guests of the accommodations have access to the beautiful hot spring pools during all main hours.
