The Marine Corps League, Royal Gorge Detachment 1318, of Canon City, Colorado, is honored to host the 250th Marine Corps Birthday Ball on November 8, 2025, at the Venue at Oak Creek Heritage Orchard & Farm, located at 800 N. Frazier Ave., Florence, CO 81226. This momentous event will commemorate the distinguished 250-year history and traditions of the United States Marine Corps.
The evening will begin with a cocktail hour at 17:00 (5:00 PM), followed by dinner at 18:00 (6:00 PM). The Official Marine Corps Ball will include the traditional Cake Cutting Ceremony, with a photo booth available for guests. Entertainment for the evening will feature dancing, with music provided by Gypsy Karaoke.
While the event is centered around the Marine Corps’ rich legacy, participation is open to all, and we welcome everyone to join us in celebrating this special occasion and experiencing Marine Corps birthday traditions firsthand.
